Attending Estate Sales
Please keep these things in mind when attending a
sale:

Do not block roads or driveways.

Do not park on neighbors' lawns.

If parking along a parkway, city regulations require that two wheels remain on the road.

How our sales work:
We price significant pieces of furniture and other difficult-to-carry items with divided tags. Each half of the tag is marked with the description
and the price. If you want to purchase that item, write your name and "SOLD" on the top half of the tag and leave it on the item. Tear off the bottom half of the tag and bring it to the checkout
table for payment. Any item that has the bottom half of the tag removed and a person's name on the top half will be considered sold to that person. If you tear off a tag and then change your mind,
please let a sale worker know so we can re-tag it.
Small items that can be carried are priced using stickers or small tags. There will be items that are not marked individually, such as clothing, linens,
kitchen glasses and mugs, cleaning supplies, etc. There will be signs posted showing the prices for those items. Finally, miscellaneous unmarked bric-a-brac is typically a dollar each. All small
items are purchased by bringing them to the checkout table.
Prices are not negotiable. We price items fairly and as reasonably as possible to invite purchase. Unlike other estate sale companies, we do not have a day
with reduced prices. We have offer forms for you to complete for items that you would like at a reduced price. All offers are considered after the last sale time. You will be contacted if your offer
is accepted. Times for purchase and pick up will be discussed during that call.
